eGIFT Terms & Conditions

Treat this electronic AdvertWise Gift Card (eGift card) as cash. Any person who learns the URL of this AdvertWise eGift card can use it, therefore it is your responsibility to keep this eGift card safe by keeping the URL private.

• We recommend you keep the original egift card email safe and take all measures necessary to secure your email.

• Do not open this eGift card on a public or shared computer terminal.

• Lost or stolen eGift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

• Not redeemable for cash. When you choose to redeem your eGift card by converting part or all of the value into a participating merchant's eGift card or voucher, the validity of that portion of your eGift card will change to a shorter period.

• Please pay attention to the expiry periods and dates shown.

• Any unused value after the expiry date of any eGift card or voucher will not be refunded or credited. When you convert value into a participating merchant's eGift card or voucher, the conversion is final and cannot be reversed.

• eGift cards and vouchers are not reloadable.

Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to:

• Existing ADVERTWISE account customers (‘Referrers’) who refer a friend to sign up with AdvertWise.com.au and

• User who create a new AdvertWise.com.au account (‘Friends’) after receiving a referral link from a Referrer.

By participating in the AdvertWise.com.au ‘Refer a Friend’ program (‘Program’), you agree to these ‘Refer a Friend’ terms and conditions.

Referral Values

AdvertWise referral value is proportional to the associated job referred. Denomination values are specified for each job with an associated code. The dollar values range from $100 to $500.

Partnerships

Larger referral amounts are also available for repeat referral Partnerships for volume & scale. These AdvertWise Partnership opportunities are available for discussion. On approval an agreement will be entered into for verification. For more information about Advertwise Partnership, Products, Franchises or Territory opportunities, please book a call.

Referrers

AdvertWise Australia discourages spamming. You should only send referral messages to friends and family who you genuinely think would want to receive them. You should not market or promote this offer through paid advertising channels or to the public at large. Your friend must apply from the unique referral link associated with your AdvertWise.com.au account we have given you. If your friend creates a AdvertWise.com.au accounts from a separate link or applies independently (i.e. if they visit AdvertWise.com.au directly) you will not receive a referral credit.

For each person you have referred who makes an order with AdvertWise of greater than $500, you will receive your choice of Gift Vouchers (Myers, David Jones, or other). The value of your Gift Voucher will be directly associated to the value of your referred job invoices. Values range between ($50 - $500).

AdvertWise Referral Credit (if applicable), cannot be used with orders made on iOS or Android apps.

From time to time, we may:

• Create an expiry date for the use of credits earned via the ‘Program; and

• Limit the number of Friends a credit can be received for.

• We may terminate your eligibility to earn credits or participation in the Program, or take the same action for Friends you refer, if you or they take any of the following actions:

  • Open multiple accounts, including with different e-mail addresses, for the same person in order to generate additional referral credits;

  • Refer customers using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, unsolicited e-mails, or links on message boards or forums.

  • Distribute your personal referral link via IM clients, text messages or in any other offline method (e.g in any printed material, mail or other document, or any oral solicitation);

  • Use false names, impersonate other people, or otherwise provide false or misleading information to us;

  • Offer incentives to others who register new accounts;

  • Participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.

Friends

Referral Credits can only be used for orders greater than $200, and will issued within 60 days of your referred job having settled their final invoice with AdvertWise.com.au. Your referral credit will expire if it is not used within 120 days of your credit notice having been provided to you from AdvertWise.com.au

Store Credit cannot be used with orders made on iOS or Android apps.
In order for us to help our Referrers keep track of their referrals and referral credits, you agree to us notifying your Referrer when you have used your credit, and to us giving them your name when we do this.

Changes To / Discontinuing the Program

• We reserve the right in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to:

  • add to, remove or otherwise change these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, changing the amount of credits payable to Referrers, awarded to Friends, how credits may be spent, the minimum order amounts and expiry dates for use of credits; and

  • to discontinue the Program in its entirety.

If we change these terms and conditions or discontinue the Program, this may affect your existing rights in relation to any credits that have been accrued prior to the change or Program discontinuance.
